Eligibility requirements:

  • Be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full-time student in an accredited two or four-year educational institution in the U.S. or U.S. territory

BBB Manchester University Scholarship

BBB Charitable and Education Foundation and Manchester University will award ONE high school student a $2,000 scholarship toward post-secondary expenses at Manchester University.

Criteria for university student scholarship:
  • Must be a legal resident of Indiana in one of BBB Serving Northern Indiana's 23 counties
  • Must be a current high school senior planning to attend Manchester University in the fall of 2026

BBB Charitable and Education Foundation and the Charly Butcher Scholarship Foundation will award ONE high school student a $2,000 scholarship toward college or university expenses.

Criteria for university student scholarship:
  • Must be a legal Indiana resident and live in one of the following 10 counties: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Jay, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells or Whitley
  • Must embody integrity and ethics of the highest standards
  • Must be planning to attend a four-year college, beginning in fall 2026

MVP Scholarship

Bridge of Grace Ministries and Questa Education Foundation are offering up to $20,000 (up to $5,000 per year) to cover all educational expenses.

Students who live in the Mount Vernon Park neighborhood for at 
least one year prior to high school graduation are eligible to apply. Funding may be used for certificate programs, associate degrees, or bachelor’s degrees

Questa Contemporary Scholars Program

Questa Education Foundation’s Contemporary Scholar Program assists college students starting throughout the year, returning students who are completing their education and adult learners. Funding is for individuals who are seeking a certificate, associate's or bachelor's degree and who have encountered a financial gap in affording their education. Up to $5,000 is awarded per year, depending on educational plan and enrolled credit hours. Visit the Contemporary Scholars Program page for more information, including eligibility requirements. The application period is open year round, depending on funding availability.

Questa Cameron Health Scholars Program

Key dates & amount Up to $5,000 per year for 2 years Open Year-Round

Questa Education Foundation, in partnership with Cameron Health, is offering a fully forgivable loan to support healthcare students with college expenses and connect them with career opportunities at Cameron Health. Students will be eligible for up to $5,000 a year for two years in loan funding that can be 100% forgiven when students graduate and accept employment at Cameron Health. Students will be eligible to receive $5,000 in debt forgiveness for each year of employment at Cameron Health. Application is open year-round. Funding is limited and not guaranteed. Questa Orthopaedics Northeast (ONE) Scholars Program

Key dates & amount $5,000 a year for up to two years Open Year-Round
Questa Education Foundation, in partnership with ONE, is offering a fully forgivable loan for students pursuing careers as Certified Medical Assistants (CCMAs/CMAs) who plan to work at ONE for at least three years after graduation. Scholars are eligible to receive up to $5,000 a year for up to two years in loan funding. Loans are 100% forgiven after three years of successful employment at ONE.

Questa WindSwell Special Education Scholars Program

The WindSwell Special Education Scholars Program is for individuals pursuing a certification, licensure and/or degree in special education. Preference given to juniors or seniors in college or those completing their certification or licensure. Scholars are eligible to receive up to $5,000 per year. This forgivable loan can be up to 100% forgiven if a graduate works in special education within a school system in Northeast Indiana.

Questa WindSwell Speech-Language Pathology Scholars Program

In partnership with WindSwell Foundation, Questa is offering fully forgivable loans to individuals from Northeast Indiana pursuing a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. Scholars are eligible to receive up to $10,000 per year.

Transition to Teaching Scholarship

Key dates & amount $10,000 Open Year-Round

The Transition to Teaching Scholarship provides students interested in pursuing a career in education the opportunity to earn a one-time, non-renewable scholarship of up to $10,000. In exchange, students agree to teach for five years at an eligible Indiana school or repay the corresponding, prorated amount of the scholarship.

  • The $10,000 is for the Transition to Teaching Program and initial practitioner licensure costs (as defined in IC 21-12-16-8.5).
  • If the Transition to Teaching Program costs less than $10,000, the Transition to Teaching Scholarship will cover the cost of the Program, plus $37.50, which is the total cost for the initial practitioner licensure.
  • The Transition to Teaching Scholarship is a need-based award. You must be a member of a household with an annual income of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) or less to be considered eligible.

To qualify, a student must:

  • possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited postsecondary four (4) year institution;
  • have enrolled in a Transition to Teaching program described in IC 20-28-4;
  • be employed or volunteer at a K-12 school in the state of Indiana;
  • agree in writing to:
    • complete a Transition to Teaching program described in IC 20-28-4 and obtain an initial practitioner license under IC 20-28; and
    • teach for at least five (5) years in a public school or an eligible school (as defined in IC 20-51-1-4.7) in Indiana after obtaining the initial practitioner license under IC 20-28-4-6;
  • be a member of a household with an annual income of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) or less; and
  • meet any other criteria established by the Indiana Commission for Higher Education.

Questa Bowen Health Scholars Program

Key dates & amount Up to $10,000 Open Year-Round

The Bowen Health Scholars Program supports students in high-need talent fields with funding for their last two years of postsecondary education and connects them with career opportunities at Bowen Health after graduation. Scholars can receive up to $10,000 in forgivable loans over two years ($5,000 per academic year/$2,500 per semester). This is 100% forgivable when scholars graduate and work at Bowen Health for at least two years.

Applicants must be pursuing a certificate or degree in a high-need talent field including:

  • Physician Assistants, Certified Medical Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners | Eligible to work at any Bowen Health location upon graduation

  • Nursing and Dental Hygiene | Eligible to work at the Warsaw location only

Engineering Opportunities — Questa Education Foundation

Key dates & amount Up to $5,000 per year Open Year-Round

In partnership with the Don Wood Foundation, Questa is offering forgivable loans to individuals pursuing a certificate, associate, or bachelor’s degree in engineering. Questa Scholar Programs support high school seniors, current college freshmen, returning students completing their education, and adult learners. Up to $5,000 is awarded annually, depending on the educational plan and enrolled credit hours.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Attending an accredited public or private nonprofit university in Indiana
  • Attending either part-time (6+ credit hours) or full-time (12+ credit hours)
  • Possess a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA or a strong recommendation from an employer

High school seniors are encouraged to apply to the Traditional Scholars Program (application open January 15 - March 15).

College students and adult learners (new or returning to college) can apply through the Contemporary Scholars Program (application open year-round).

Healthcare Funding for Kosciusko County Students — Questa Education Foundation

In partnership with the K21 Health Foundation, Questa is offering forgivable loans to individuals from Kosciusko County who are pursuing a degree in healthcare.

Eligbility Requirements:

  • Seeking a bachelor’s degree.
  • Resident of Kosciusko County.
  • Planning on majoring in healthcare related fields.
  • Plan to attend an Indiana college or university.
  • 2.5 GPA or higher for traditional students.
  • 2.5 GPA or higher for contemporary students.

High school seniors are encouraged to apply to the Traditional Scholars Program (application open January 15 - March 15).

College students and adult learners (new or returning to college) can apply through the Contemporary Scholars Program (application open year-round).

Questa Traditional Scholars Program

Graduating high school seniors (Class of 2026) can apply for funding to pursue a certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree. $5,000 is awarded per year, up to $20,000 for a four-year degree, and $10,000 for a certificate or associate degree.

Funding is provided as a loan that is up to 75% forgiven when students graduate from a partner school and return to northeast Indiana to live and work for five years after graduation. The application is open January 15th - March 15th.

CFNC Duesler, Charles and Bernard Scholarship

The Duesler, Charles and Bernard Scholarship is awarded to Central Noble High School seniors or graduates who will be or are attending Purdue University in the Fall, with preference to those entering the agriculture, consumer and health services, veterinary, nursing, or pharmacy fields. It is a one-time payment of $1,500. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Noble County.

CFNC Susan A. Price Memorial Scholarship

The Susan A. Price Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a West Noble High School senior female attending a 4-year college or university. Preference will be given to female students attending Indiana University Bloomington or an Indiana University affiliate. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Noble County.

CFNC Hilda H. Rehwinkel Scholarship
