For more than 50 years, the Indiana Council of Administrators of Special Education (ICASE) members have worked tirelessly on improving the lives of students with disabilities. The mission of ICASE is to serve, support and represent special education administrators in Indiana in order to provide high impact learning opportunities for all students. One goal of ICASE is to build capacity among its members and continue to develop future leaders in special education.
To do this, ICASE awards two $1,000.00 scholarships to individuals who are interested in becoming administrators in special education. In order to be eligible for this scholarship, the applicant must be nominated by a current special education director and accepted or currently enrolled into a Director of Exceptional Needs licensing program for the state of Indiana.
In partnership with the Indiana 4-H Foundation, the Indiana 4-H Youth Development Program annually awards more than $125,000.00 in scholarships to 4-H members to pursue post-secondary education. Scholarships are awarded to recognize youth participating in Indiana’s 4-H Youth Development Program on their achievements and life skill development resulting from their participation in a variety of 4-H experiences.
This scholarship is available to 4-H members in grade 10-12 and the year immediately following high school graduation. Selection is based on the member’s life skill development resulting from their 4-H participation. Categories include Animal Science; Citizenship; Communications; Engineering and Technological Science; Healthy Living, Food, and Nutrition Science; Leadership Development; Plant and Environmental Science; Premier Achievement; Premier Citizenship; and Premier Leadership.
Beacon Credit Union is making available five (5) $2,500 scholarships to five (5) students who are entering their freshman year in the fall of 2026.
Eligibility:
This scholarship was created by the leaders of the Latinx and Hispanic community in 1997 with a vision to build a program that would focus on scholarships for Latinx and Hispanic youth within the state of Indiana.
Who Can Apply: Indiana residents
Location of School: Any college or university in Indiana
Other Criteria: Applicants must demonstrate determination and/or self- motivation, financial need and have a GPA of 2.7 or higher. Preference is given to students who identify as Latinx and/or Hispanic.

This scholarship was established by SADCO to support Latinx and Hispanic students who plan to—or are currently pursuing—their post-secondary education.

Location of School: Any college or university
Other Criteria: Applicants must plan to pursue an associate or bachelor degree, have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, demonstrate financial need and demonstrate community service.
Preference is given to students who identify as Latinx and/or Hispanic descent (first, second or third generation).

This scholarship was created by the former Consulate of Mexico in Indianapolis to promote and encourage students of Mexican descent to pursue higher education.

Other Criteria: Applicants must plan to pursue — or currently be pursuing — a post-secondary degree, demonstrate financial need and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Preference is given to students of Mexican descent.

This scholarship was created by Indiana Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (INTESOL) in honor of Wendy Wildman Long for students who are historic or current English learners.
Who Can Apply: any current or former graduates from Indiana public high school
Location of School: Any college, university, vocational, technical or trade school in Indiana
Other Criteria: Applicants must be historic or current English language learners. Applicants without immigration documentation are encouraged to apply. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate financial need.

The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks is a national philanthropic organization that provides scholarships to individuals throughout the United States. Since 1931, The Elks National Foundation has helped students recognize their academic dreams. Each year, they award more than $3 million in college scholarships to at least 850 outstanding service-minded high school seniors. The Indiana Elks recognized that not all graduating seniors want to attend a four year academic program and made the decision to offer a Vocational Scholarship to Indiana Students. The Indiana Elks offers 10 Vocational Scholarships to Indiana High School graduating seniors at $1,000 each. No affiliation to the Elks is required. Once the application is completed, it must be returned to an Indiana Elks Lodge, located near the applicants residence, for verification and to be forwarded to the committee for judging.
All applicants must be citizens of the United States of America on the date the application is filed. Applications must be filed with a local Elks Lodge near the student’s legal residence. A list of Indiana Elks Lodges is available at https://indianaelks.org/lodges-by-district/. Definition of an Eligible Program shall be comparable to that contained in the federal vocational legislation. It is defined as a two year or less vocational/technical program, culminating in an Associate Degree, Diploma or Certificate, but less than a Baccalaureate Program (Bachelor’s Degree). Do not apply if you are planning to pursue an Associate Degree as a stepping stone to a 4-year Bachelor diploma.
The Indiana Electric Cooperatives Managers’ Association Scholarship is a $1,000 scholarship given to ten outstanding students each year. The purpose of this scholarship is to help further the education of the sons and daughters of Indiana electric co-op directors and employees, and to give them the chance to be more aware about energy industry careers.
To be eligible for this scholarship, the following provisions will govern the acceptance of applicants from the local cooperatives:
*Proper vocational or technical school means one beyond high school where credits can be transferred to a state-accredited four-year college.
The Indiana Freemasons are dedicated to supporting post-secondary education for their members and families.
The first priority will be given to Indiana Master Masons in good standing and to the sons, daughters, adopted sons or daughters, stepsons or stepdaughters, and orphans of Indiana Master Masons in good standing. Grandchildren are also eligible to apply but will be given secondary priority.
Students must maintain a full-time status (a minimum of 12 credit hours) at an Indiana College or University. Scholarships cannot be used at out-of-state schools.

To honor his late mother, Attorney Marshall Kaufman of Kentucky’s Kaufman & Stigger, PLLC, has offered a scholarship to graduating high school seniors and current college students. Alberta C. Kaufman encouraged her son to further his education and to eventually attend law school.
