The Chuck Schlemmer Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a West Noble High School senior attending a 4-year public college or university with a high school GPA of 3.00 to 3.85. Preference will be given in the following order to students pursuing the field of study of social studies or those completing at least one season of cross country or track. Essay question required on application: “Explain how, through endurance, you were able to work through something that was difficult for you as a student or athlete, or how you were able to overcome a personal hardship to achieve a goal you set for yourself.” This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Noble County.
