The Hal Prickett Memorial Scholarship is awarded to West Noble High School seniors and graduates who will be enrolled in full-time study at an accredited two- or four-year college/university or technical school for the upcoming school year, and who have demonstrated a commitment of service to their community. Essay question required on application: 1. Who on Sesame Street is most like you? How? Be specific and give examples. 2. Think of a time when you felt you were treated unfairly due to someone else’s perception of who you are, based on your age, academic or vocational interest, athletic ability, etc. “How has this experience affected your view of discrimination in your community? What are some positive steps you have taken toward helping everyone in your community feel welcome?” This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Noble County.
