The Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council Scholarship is awarded to a high school senior who will be accepted into a 2-year or 4-year accredited public or private institution of higher learning and is a Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council member (from the Kendallville area), currently involved and having been involved for a minimum of two years, consecutively. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Noble County.
