The Fordeck-Kemerly Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Scholarship is awarded to East Noble High school seniors or prior recipients of the scholarship applying to or accepted at a 4-year college or university to study electrical or mechanical engineering. Applicants must have between a 2.50 – 3.50 GPA with preference going to the higher GPA and maintain a 2.50 – 3.50 GPA if you are a previous winner reapplying for the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of college. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Noble County.
