The BBB Trades Scholarship supports young professionals pursuing careers in the skilled trades by helping cover essential work-related expenses such as tools, equipment, and safety gear.
- Must be a legal resident of Indiana in one of BBB Serving Northern Indiana's 23 counties
- Must be an employee of a BBB Accredited Business
- Must be 23 years of age or younger
- Must be working in the trades for 12 months or less (based on application deadline)
- Eligible trades are listed below. Other trades will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Construction (includes plumbing, electrical, roofing, concrete, etc.)
- Welding
- Landscaping
- Painting
- Heating and cooling
- Auto repair
- Machinery repair
- Tool and die
- Pest control
- Tree removal
