This scholarship is for MidWest America account holders who meet the following criteria:
- Must have been a MidWest America member since at least December 31, the year prior to the application cycle
- Must be a holder of either a MidWest America prime or joint account
- Must reside in one of our eligible counties listed:
IN Counties: Adams, Allen, Blackford, Cass, DeKalb, Delaware, Elkhart, Fulton, Grant, Hamilton, Howard, Huntington, Jay, Kosciusko, Lagrange, Madison, Marshall, Miami, Noble, Randolph, Saint Joseph, Steuben, Tipton, Wabash, Wells, Whitley
MI Counties: Berrien, Branch, Cass, Hillsdale, St Joseph
OH Counties: Allen, Auglaize, Darke, Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Mercer, Paulding, Putnam, Van Wert, Williams
- Must be one of the following types of student: high school senior, homeschooled senior, GED recipient, high school graduate, currently enrolled college student, non-traditional learner (Returning - Adult Students)
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.5
- Must be pursuing one of the following: 4-year colleges/universities, 2-year programs, technical schools, vocational and trade schools
This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne.
