Description

The Ellenbecker, Oliver and Eleanor Education Scholarship to high school seniors who attend a Noble County high school and will begin a four-year bachelor’s program at an accredited college or university in the Fall, majoring in education to become a teacher. Applicants must have lived in Noble County at least one year. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Noble County.
