Description

The Margaret "Margo" Kaler Langohr Scholarship was established by Margo to help Whitley County students further their education in art. Mrs. Langohr was a longtime resident and educator in Whitley County, where she taught Junior High History. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wayne State University and a Master’s degree from Columbia University. Margo continued her passion for art even as she was losing her sight. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Whitley County.

This scholarship is available to a Whitley County resident planning to attend a college or accredited art school with aspirations of obtaining a Bachelor's or Associate Degree in an art-related field.
