The Peter R. Bottomley Scholarship is awarded to an East Noble High School senior who has participated in 4 years of East Noble High School Band and is pursuing a 4-year degree in instrumental music education or performance with a minimum GPA of 3.00. For undergraduate study only. Of the two required written recommendations, one must be from Band Director. Essay question required on application: “Why are you pursuing a music degree and how music will help change people’s lives.” This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Noble County.
