Applicants Must:

  • Attend a high school within the corporate limits of the City of Fort Wayne, IN or school located outside such corporate limits, but within Allen County, IN
  • Be a U.S. citizen
  • Be affiliated with or a member of a church or religious organization
  • Be a resident of Allen County, IN for at least one year prior to March
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Demonstrate leadership and initiative qualities
  • Rank in the top 50% of the graduating class
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 of a 4.0 scale
  • Plan to enroll full-time at an accredited college, university, technical, trade or professional school in the United States

The Center for Scholarship Administration Inc. (CSA), a nonprofit, independent organization, is the facilitator of the scholarship fund. CSA’s goal is to help students by providing a unique opportunity for corporations and foundations to offer scholarship funds to worthy students.
