Funding Opportunity Details
This scholarship is intended for graduating seniors from Bluffton High School. First preference will be given to applicants demonstrating financial need. Further consideration will be given to applicants of fair ability, and outstanding character.
This scholarship is administered by the Wells County Community Foundation.
