CFWabash Ruth M. Minear Educational Scholarship

Ruth Minear was a talented businesswoman, who, with her husband, ran Minear Oil Company in Wabash. They had no children and no nieces and nephews, but Ruth had a passion for helping deserving young people obtain an education. Recipients of Minear Scholarships are selected based on an ability to succeed in post-secondary education or career training and demonstrates need for financial help.

Eligibility Requirements

• Graduates of Wabash High School in the current year
• Pursuing a post-high school education, whether a college degree or vocational training.

This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Wabash County.
