Description

When their Methodist Church building closed, the Hettmanspergers put the money from the sale of the church to work as a scholarship for graduate students who want to prepare for missions, ministry, or one of the helping professions, such as social work, counseling, nursing, public health, and education.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Wabash County resident or graduate from a Wabash County high school
  • Enrolling in an accredited graduate school to study in the area of Christian ministry or mission, or a related helping field, such as, but not limited to, social work, public health, psychological counseling, nursing, and education.

This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Wabash County.
