CFWabash Beryl M. Klare Scholarship

Beryl Klare created a scholarship for residents of the City of Wabash, Indiana, who are accepted into and attend an accredited post-secondary educational institution, including career training and academic degrees. Having no children of her own, she used her will to fulfill her wishes to financially assist students who want to obtain a higher education, including academic degrees and vocational training. When she passed away in 1968, her scholarship became a reality. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Wabash County.

Eligibility Requirements

• Residents of the City of Wabash, or secondly residents of Wabash County
• Pursuing a post-secondary education, including a degree or vocational certification
