Description

The Al Bailey Vocational Scholarship is named in honor of Al Bailey, a beloved shop teacher and coach at Manchester Junior Senior High School for over 25 hours. This scholarship is meant to encourage post-secondary study in a vocational field, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, advanced manufacturing, mechanics, machining, or welding. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Wabash County.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Manchester High School graduate
  • Wabash County resident for at least one year
  • Part-time or full-time student in a program leading to a career in a middle skills field.
  • Traditional or non-traditional students
