Applicants Must:

  • Be enrolled/accepted into a registered nursing program at an accredited college or university in the state of Indiana. (must provide proof of acceptance)
  • Be a graduate of a high school or home school graduate in the Scottish Rite Valley of Fort Wayne, Indiana. (Counties include Adams, Allen, Blackford, Cass, Dekalb, Delaware, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Miami, Noble, Randolph, Steuben, Wabash, Wells and Whitley)
  • Demonstrate financial need.
  • Be planning to attend full-time a registered nursing program at an accredited college or university in the state of Indiana.

The Center for Scholarship Administration Inc. (CSA), a nonprofit, independent organization, is the facilitator of the scholarship fund. CSA’s goal is to help students by providing a unique opportunity for corporations and foundations to offer scholarship funds to worthy students.
