Description

This fund was established by Zimmer Biomet Foundation, Inc. to provide scholarships to children and step-children of Zimmer Biomet team members.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this scholarship:

  • Child or step-child of a current Zimmer Biomet employee or deceased Zimmer Biomet employee who was actively employed at the time of death at any continental US or Puerto Rico locations*
  • GPA: 3.0 or higher on a 4-point scale (or its equivalent)
  • Under 26 years old

 Reviewers will consider the following when selecting a recipient:

  • Demonstrates strong work ethic
  • Active participant in volunteer or community service activities

*Employment will be verified. Parents must be an active employee at the time their child/step-child receives their first award. Past recipients may apply regardless of their parent’s current employment status. Zimmer Biomet employees are not eligible to receive this award themselves.

This scholarship is administered by the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.
