Description

This fund was created by Gerald and Sherry Smalley in memory of Sherry's parents, Kenneth and Cecile Parks. The fund provides scholarship assistance to students who have graduated from Tippecanoe Valley or Warsaw School Corporations and are seeking degrees in the field of nursing.

 Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this scholarship:

  • Graduate of Tippecanoe Valley High School or Warsaw Community High School
  • Field of Study: Nursing
  • GPA: 3.7 or higher on 4-point scale (or its equivalent)
  • Demonstrates financial need

 Reviewers will consider the following when selecting a recipient:

  • Participation in community service through church, service, or youth group

This scholarship is administered by the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.
