KCCF Madison PTO Scholarship

This scholarship is made possible by the Madison PTO, whose members raise money each year to fund a scholarship for a student who attended Madison Elementary School.

 Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this scholarship:

• Graduate of Warsaw Community High School
• Attended Madison Elementary School for at least two years
• Demonstrates financial need

 Reviewers will consider the following when selecting a recipient:

• Academic achievement
• Community involvement
• Church involvement
• School activities

This scholarship is administered by the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.
