KCCF Robert T. and Emma Gilliam Memorial Fund Endowment

Florence Gilliam Clark created this scholarship fund in tribute to her parents, Robert and Emma Gilliam, to aid area students in obtaining higher education. Robert owned a lumber business in Leesburg and was active in civic affairs and the Masonic Lodge. Emma was a homemaker, a member of the Eastern Star Lodge, and a parishioner of Leesburg Methodist Church.

 Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this scholarship:

• Graduate of Warsaw Community High School
• Attending institution located in Indiana
• Demonstrates financial need

 Reviewers will consider the following when selecting a recipient:

• Scholastic record indicative of success
• Mental attitude
• Genuine desire for education beyond the high school level

 This scholarship is administered by the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.
