KCCF Merl M. and Jean M. Gibson Scholarship

This fund was established by Jean M. and Merl M. Gibson, from Mentone, for the purpose of providing post-secondary, undergraduate scholarship assistance to students who are residents of Kosciusko County. Jean was involved with several charities, and Merl was a World War II veteran who farmed and enjoyed aviation.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this scholarship:

• Citizen or legal resident of the United States
• Kosciusko County resident
• Pursuing certificate/license, associate or bachelor degree
• Demonstrates financial need

Preference may be given to:

• Kosciusko County residents at the time of high school graduation

 This scholarship is administered by the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.
