Description

This fund was established by Donna Keough, in memory of her mother, Dorothy Frauhiger, to award an annual scholarship to a Warsaw Community High School graduate who is majoring in art or art education. Dorothy was a talented artist.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this scholarship:

  • Graduate of Warsaw Community High School
  • Field of Study: Art/Design

This scholarship is administered by the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.
