Description

The Brandenburg Scholarship Trust was established in 2006 by Ed and Huldah Brandenburg to provide financial assistance to students pursuing higher education. The Brandenburgs created a strong bond with the Kosciusko County Multi-Township EMS and throughout their lives donated funds in support of the organization. Preference is given to students pursuing higher education in the medical field.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this scholarship:

  • Citizen or legal resident of the United States
  • Kosciusko County resident at the time of high school graduation
  • Demonstrates financial need

Reviewers will consider the following when selecting a recipient:

  • Scholastic record
  • Record of experience, accomplishments and goals

Preference may be given to:

  • Those pursuing studies and careers in the medical field

This scholarship is administered by the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.
