George and Priscilla Bowser lived in Warsaw. George graduated from Indiana University and Harvard Law School. Priscilla graduated from Purdue and was a teacher. This fund awards scholarships to high school graduates in need of financial assistance to pursue degrees as teachers or in the study of law through Harvard University, Indiana University or Purdue University.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this scholarship:

  • Kosciusko County resident at the time of high school graduation
  • Graduate of a high school serving Kosciusko County
  • Attending Harvard University, Indiana University or Purdue University
  • Field of Study: Education or Law
  • Demonstrates financial need

This scholarship is administered by the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.
