Description

Mr. Armstrong initiated this scholarship to assist those who were in financial need and had a desire to attend vocational or skilled trades education. Second preference goes to other applicants on the basis of need and personal situation.

 Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this scholarship:

  • Citizen or legal resident of the United States
  • Resident of Kosciusko County for at least one year OR graduate of a high school serving Kosciusko County
  • Demonstrates financial need

 Reviewers will consider the following when selecting a recipient:

  • Likelihood to succeed in improving skills

This scholarship is administered by the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.
