The Kevin Shipbaugh Memorial Scholarship was established in 2021 by Carrie Shipbaugh and their two children, Ryan and Rylie. It was established to assist students living in Huntington County with post-secondary education expenses. The scholarship is funded by an annual golf outing and honors Kevin’s legacy of generosity and giving back to his community. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Huntington County.
