The PHP Scholarship Program is offered to high school seniors planning to pursue a degree in a health-related field. Physicians Health Plan's (PHP) goal is to provide today’s youth opportunities for continued success as tomorrow’s healthcare professionals. Scholarship winners will be awarded scholarship monies payable to the student and the accredited post-secondary college, university or technical school. Applicants must be either a PHP member or attend high school in the
PHP service area.
