Established in September 2000 by the Whites who were big supporters of positive activities for young people, including higher education. Virginia and Robert operated a successful retail grocery business in Auburn for many years. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of DeKalb County. The application is open December 1st through January 31st.
