Established in May 2010 to provide educational scholarships. The fund was created in memory of the children of David and Ruth Walters: Susie (Walters) Bishop, Annette (Walters) Bowman and Ed Walters. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of DeKalb County. The application is open December 1st through January 31st.
