This scholarship was established by the family of Dr. Keith E. Perry in his memory after he passed away in July of 2020. Dr. Perry served the community in numerous ways during his lifetime. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of DeKalb County. The application is open December 1st through January 31st.
