Established in September 2016. Lucas was a junior at DeKalb High School where he was a member of the football and track and field teams. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, riding his four-wheeler and swimming. He liked playing basketball and sand volleyball on the weekends and bowling. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of DeKalb County. The application is open December 1st through January 31st.
