Established in October 2017 by Charles L. Laurie and his mother, Betty J. Laurie. The scholarship is intended to help a graduating senior from DeKalb High School who has participated in the school’s golf program. Charles L., Betty, and her late husband, Charles B., were all excellent, competitive golfers. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of DeKalb County. The application is open December 1st through January 31st.
