This scholarship was established in October 2006 by her husband and children to honor Carol’s giving spirit. Carol Hill was a resident of Garrett for 34 years. She was active in the community as a Cub Scout leader (Troop #3178) and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of DeKalb County. The application is open December 1st through January 31st.
