The AWS Special Education Scholars Program is for individuals pursuing a certification, licensure and/or degree in special education. Preference given to juniors or seniors in college or those completing their certification or licensure. Scholars are eligible to receive up to $5,000 per year. This forgivable loan can be up to 100% forgiven if a graduate lives in Northeast Indiana and works in special education in Northeast Indiana public schools for five years upon graduation

Educational Administration and Supervision, Special Education and Teaching, Student Counseling and Personnel Services, Elementary Education and Teaching, Secondary Education and Teaching, Early Childhood Education and Teaching
