Established in September 2013, this fund provides educational scholarships for DeKalb or Eastside High School students. Rex A. Feller believed in life-long learning and self-improvement. Numerous friends and family established this scholarship in Rex’s memory after he passed away in 2013 from a battle with cancer. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of DeKalb County. The application is open December 1st through January 31st.
