Description

The Clarence and Marie Woolf Scholarship is awarded to an East Noble High School senior who will be attending a four-year bachelor’s program to pursue a career in the medical field. Must have a high school grade point average of 3.00 or better. Amount is for educational expenses only and varies with interest rates, but will be about $5,000 annually (in 2024, the payments will be $5,733.50) for four years. Interview required. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Noble County.

Applications for those pursuing a “Career in the medical field” include those providing direct patient care including MD, DO, PA or any Nursing degree; others pursuing a career in human medical care will be considered including but not limited to the following fields: chiropractor, Radiation Therapy, Speech Therapy, dentistry, optometry. Recipients who desire to change their field of study should know by doing so, could affect their future award payments. Recipients should reach out to the Community Foundation to find out more information.
