Funding Opportunity Details
The Clarence and Marie Woolf Scholarship is awarded to an East Noble High School senior who will be attending a four-year bachelor’s program to pursue a career in the medical field. Must have a high school grade point average of 3.00 or better. Amount is for educational expenses only and varies with interest rates, but will be about $5,000 annually (in 2024, the payments will be $5,733.50) for four years. Interview required. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Noble County.
Applications for those pursuing a “Career in the medical field” include those providing direct patient care including MD, DO, PA or any Nursing degree; others pursuing a career in human medical care will be considered including but not limited to the following fields: chiropractor, Radiation Therapy, Speech Therapy, dentistry, optometry. Recipients who desire to change their field of study should know by doing so, could affect their future award payments.
