The Cecil C. and Bettie I. Smith Scholarship is awarded to an East Noble High School senior who is in the top 25% of their class. Student must be pursuing a Teaching Degree. Award amount will be $3,000 each year for four years. Student must continue to pursue an education major (and not change) and maintain a 3.00 GPA while in college and submit required paperwork to the CFNC. Interview required. This scholarship is administered by the Community Foundation of Noble County.
